<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device not requiring a user to perform an operation of retreating a resist unit or returning the resist unit to an original position from the retreated state in the case of loading/unloading an intermediate transfer body unit to/from the device main body, and improved in usability. SOLUTION: The image forming device provided with a process cartridge including a photoreceptor drum, the intermediate transfer body unit 3 equipped with an intermediate transfer belt 60 to which the image formed on the photoreceptor drum is successively transferred, a transfer part for transferring the image transferred to the intermediate transfer belt 60 to a paper, and the resist unit 1 including a pair of resist rollers 15 for carrying the paper to the transfer part, and constituted so that the intermediate transfer body unit 3 can be attached/detached to/from the image forming device, is characterized in that the resist unit 1 is retreated from the prescribed position and also returned from the prescribed position cooperatively with an operation of loading/ unloading the intermediate tranfer body unit 3 to/from the image forming device main body.</p> |
