PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve optical equipment to be user-friendly and to prevent the use of an instrument from being hindered by avoiding a conventional defect. SOLUTION: Focusing is performed on an object (10) by optical equipment by this method and this device. The area of the object (10) whose frequency in changing an image content is high is obtained, so that autofocusing for the area thereof is performed based on it.
