PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a method of making the same are provided to prevent a migration of Ag and to reduce a yellowish color change. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel comprises the first panel(10) including a glass substrate fabricated by a floating method and a metal oxide layer provided on the glass substrate, a second panel(20) facing the first panel to form a discharge space between the first panel, and an electrode containing Ag provided on the first panel.
