摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of mesoporous alumina for catalyst support and molecular sieve by using carboxyl acid and aluminum alkoxide. The resultant alumina has controllable pore size, large pore size and large surface area. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of mesoporous alumina is as follows: (i) dissolving carboxylic acid having C6-C18 into an alkali solution, NaOH(pH>=9), affecting condensation and condensation rate; (ii) hydrolyzing aluminum alkoxide in the presence of an acid catalyst, HNO3, at 20-100deg.C under pH4; (iii) adding products(pH5-11) from the step (ii) to products from the step (i) in small amounts for condensing aluminum precursors; (iv) drying products from the step (iii) at 80-100deg.C under vacuum and sintering at 400-500deg.C for 1-5hrs. to remove structure-directing agent.
