SOLUTION: In the DNA logic integrated circuit formed by a method for manufacturing an electronic element or an integrated circuit by following steps by using DNA, the steps include a step for making DNA to be a material manufacturing a semiconductor substrate photoelectronic element, a step for manufacturing two chain DNA by polymerized chain reaction, making primer DNA a factor, adding DNA, polymerizing them, adding necessary buffer solution, placing it on a PCR unit, joining two complementary primer DNA and manufacturing the two chain DNA of the large amount of fixed arrays, a step for making the DNA stain solution of appropriate concentration or the cancer treatment drug solution of appropriate concentration or planar metal complex solution of appropriate concentration to be dope medium, adding it in the two chain DNA of the fixed array and controlling the electric property of two chain DNA in solution and a step for joining DNA after dope treatment in respective division steps with nucleic acid and matching a DNA electronic element network. |
