PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape cutter of simple structure, and easy to carry, in which the state of an end part of adhesive tape released from an adhesive tape ring can be held to enable the end part of the adhesive tape to be easily picked in use. SOLUTION: Two holding surfaces are provided to hold the adhesive tape as extended from the adhesive tape ring, and on one surface of the holding surfaces to which the adhesive side of the adhesive tape is applied, a means to make the adhesive tape difficult to be adhesive to the surface is provided, using material to which the adhesive tape is hard to be adhesive, like the other side of the adhesive tape. At an edge part of the holding surface, a cutting blade to cut the adhesive tape is provided. In this adhesive tape cutter of such a constitution, the extended adhesive tape can be cut as it is held between the holding surfaces. For cutting the adhesive tape again, the holding surfaces are opened by fingers. As the end part of the adhesive tape held is raised to be released from the adhesive tape ring perpendicularly to it, it can be easily picked to extend the adhesive tape.
