PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera the tracking performance of which with respect to an object at photographing can be enhanced. SOLUTION: When an operator sets a consecutive shot mode and a zoom bracket mode, AF frame data denoting AF frames, focal distance data, and focal position data with respect to a position of a lens to focus the lens to an object placed at a photographing position are stored for each photographing position indicated by each of a plurality of automatic focus frames (AF frames) placed in a finder and showing the photographing position of each focal object (steps 100-116), and when the object placed at each photographing position is photographed (consecutively shot) by each photographing position by a release assist mode processing or an automatic release mode processing, using the stored focal position data and focal distance data conducts focus adjustment and zooming (steps 118-124). |
