PURPOSE: A cutting machine of cosmetic cotton with a logo on a surface is provided which is characterized by making it possible to seal the logo or a sentence pattern on exact position and to form various logos or various sentence patterns and to produce easily, doing mass production and being useful for an advertisement. CONSTITUTION: The cutting machine of the cosmetic cotton with the logo on the surface is comprised of: an upper blade fixed board(20) which is installed on a guide bar(90), holding the cosmetic cotton fabric(100); an upper mold fixed board(40) elastically installed on a spring(30); a sealing mold(50) installed on a lower side of the upper mold fixed board(40); a logo holder(55) which is set on a lower part of the sealing mold(50), containing a hot wire(60) inside; and a lower mold(80) which is set on the logo holder(55) and is corresponded with the sealing mold(50), sealing the logo or the sentence pattern on exact position of the fabric(100) and holding the fabric(100) when the fabric is cut.
