PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of a liquid ball at the point of time of completion of discharge while improving liquid drainage in a dispenser. SOLUTION: The leading end surface 16 of a dispensing nozzle 12 is set to the height separated from a liquid surface 14 by an offset distanceΔh at the point of time of completion of discharge. The offset distanceΔh is set so as to be not more than the maximum value of the size of the liquid ball formed on the leading end surface 16 of the dispensing nozzle 12. The level of the liquid surface 14 is calculated on the basis of the shape data or the like of a container or actually measured.
