PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel having excellent brightness, sharpness and radiographic tube voltage characteristic, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This radiological image conversion panel is characterized by having a phosphor layer formed by phosphor particles with a crystallite size of 100-1,000Åincluding one or more rare earth elements selected from Nd, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb which hare rare earth elements on a support.
