PURPOSE: A coffering grouting method of a bridge well foundation is provided to secure a certain quality of concrete and to enable a safe construction about a pier. CONSTITUTION: A bridge well foundation(50) is formed with a plurality of upper and lower grouting holes on a steel shoe(52), into which a grouting pipe(62) being inserted respectively. The grouting pipe located near the steel shoe is fastened with a bolt and also a waterproof rubber ring is inserted into the grouting pipe. After loading a grouting device(80) and a mixer(78) on a barge(76) adjacent to the well foundation, a grouting nozzle pipe(82) coupled with the grouting device is connected to the upper and lower grouting holes, and then water inside the well foundation is discharged through a pipe(86) by using an underwater pump(84). Finally, a placing work of dry concrete within the well foundation is performed.
