摘要 PURPOSE: An electromagnet attached narrow gap welding torch is provided in which welding arc is deflected to a direction perpendicular to a direction of magnetic field by impressing the magnetic field to the welding arc using the electromagnet attached narrow gap welding torch. CONSTITUTION: The electromagnet attached narrow gap welding torch(100) comprises a panel shaped welding torch main body(110) having certain width and thickness; a welding tip(210) that is connected to an electrode wire(200) equipped at the central part of the main body(110) so that the welding tip(210) is adhered to one end of the main body(110); protection gas supply pipes(300) a pair of which are installed in the main body(110) to supply protection gas; a cooling water supply pipe(400) a pair of which are installed in the main body(110) to supply cooling water; and an electromagnet(500) for generating magnetic field by winding a coil(520) around electromagnet iron cores(510) that are installed at both sides of the main body(110), wherein a pair of magnetic poles(530) for impressing magnetic field to welding arc are adhered to one end of the electromagnet iron cores(510), and an electromagnet york(540) is connected to the other end of the electromagnet iron cores(510) to connect flow of the magnetic field.
