PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing rice ball mixed with laver by roasting half of laver to be used, grinding and then mixing with cooked rice, vegetables, spices, laver powder and other materials and then packing the product with various beverages such as potable water, cock, soft drink or the like in a vessel such as a can, paper cup, etc.. Therefore, this food product reduces the cost of production because it uses laver powder. CONSTITUTION: Half of laver to be used is mixed with fish powder, edible oil and soy sauce, parched in a frying pan, and then mixed with cooked rice, another raw laver, other materials to produce the titled food product, which comprises 60 to 80% by weight of cooked rice, 3 to 15% by weight of pickled white radish, 2 to 7% by weight of sausage, 2 to 7% by weight of simulated crustacean meat, 3 to 8% by weight of carrot, 3 to 8% by weight of cabbage, 0.2 to 0.5% by weight of roasted sesame, 0.5 to 3% by weight of roasted laver powder, 0.5 to 3% by weight of raw laver and a small amount of edible oil(containing sesame oil), seasoning, sauce, salt and fish powder, based on 100% by weight of the food product.
