PURPOSE: A dust sucking device of a vacuum cleaner is provided to remove inconvenience for exchanging a dust envelope with saving cost for the dust envelope by removing the dust envelope. CONSTITUTION: A dust sucking device(100) is used in a vacuum cleaner having a hose. The dust sucking device(100) includes a motor section(180) installed at one side of a body of the vacuum cleaner. A dust collecting box(120) is installed adjacent to the motor section(180) in order to collect dust or impurities sucked by suction force of the motor section(180). A cap(160) is mounted on an upper portion of the dust collecting box(120). An insertion hole is formed at a center of the cap(160). An adapter is inserted into the insertion hole. The adapter has at least two coupling members.
