PURPOSE: An adhesion method of a steel cord cut surface for a pneumatic tire is provided to restrict the generation of initial crack causing the separation of a belt and prevent the separation of belt laminated parts, thus improving a durability of the tire and the convenience of use. CONSTITUTION: In the adhesion method for forming a silane adhesive layer having alkoxysilyl terminal group between a rubber and a bare steel surface of the steel cord cut surface for a pneumatic tire, a silane adhesive is mixed with a cement at a weight ratio of 1:1-1:3 to form the silane adhesive layer, in which the cement is manufactured by melting a rubber composition to be used for the adhesion of a steel cord in n-heptane at a weight ratio of 5-15.
