PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible copper-clad laminated sheet with better bendability, heat resistance, reliability and thinning formability, and a manufacturing method for the flexible copper-clad laminated sheet that is safe and excellent in environment due to nonuse of solvent. SOLUTION: The flexible copper-clad laminated sheet includes a composite layer comprising a composite of a composition of vinyl ester resin in which a breaking extension of a hardened matter is 10% or more but less than 100% and a glasscloth and a copper foil layer. The laminated sheet is obtained by forming the composite layer after the composition of the vinyl ester resin is impregnated into the glasscloth, then laminating the copper foil layer on at least one face of the composite layer, and forming unitarily through heating and curing of the composite layer and the copper foil layer. |
