PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of a program amount and a manipulated variable, the increase of the complication of a calculation program and the increase of a learning cost and to easily cope with dynamic change by the time on the state of calculation resources. SOLUTION: A program for a distributed processing is inputted to a user side computer and a plurality of distributed programs for which the program for the distributed processing is divided so as to be distributed and processed among respective computers are prepared in the user side computer. Resource information indicating the characteristics of the respective computers is inputted to the user side computer and the respective distributed programs are sent from the user side computer to the respective computers on the basis of the resource information. An information processing is performed by the respective distributed programs in the respective computers, the information processing results of the respective computers are sent to the user side computer and the information processing results sent to the user side computer are outputted.
