PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify information regarding transmission data at a layer lower than that for interleaving operation when executing a communication in which interleaving is performed. SOLUTION: In a data transmission system for sending data by packet in which interleaving operation is performed using a matrix with N columns (N is a given natural number) for transmission data each arranged in the column direction and M rows (M is a given natural number) for transmission packets each arranged in the row direction, a transmission packet monitoring means 101 detects a top data of a transmission data information from the transmission packets, a top data position storage means 102 stores a position in the matrix where the top data is detected, a transmission data information comparison means 103 compares the transmission data packets with the transmission data information sequentially from the top position along the column direction, and when a specified transmission data information is detected, outputs the detected data information.
