PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive tape for a flexible container with excellent static electricity conductive property, and to provide a conductive flexible container using the same. SOLUTION: For the conductive flexible container 4, having a conductive tape 10 with a specific surface resistance and a specific volume resistance of 10<10>Ωor less as a main part, composed of a tarpaulin having conductive resin layers 2 and non-conductive resin layers 3, and having cylinder-shaped vent, conductive resin layers 2 of respective parts are made to face inside and laid so as to overlap each other, and the conductive tape 10 is laid on the overlapped part and bonded by heat fusion.
