METHOD OF TRANSMITTING PACKET USING HYBRID AUTOMATIC REPEAT REQUEST SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a receiving end to reconstruct one sub packet into one packet to decode the one packet, even though the sub packet is lost when the sub packet has a variable length. SOLUTION: A step for generating packets by repeating a bit stream including information to be transferred and a step for dividing at least one sub packet transferred at a transfer start point, determined by a rule mutually decided by the transmission and receiving ends from packets are included. Furthermore, the transmission end notifies transfer start point information via a control channel by using a sub packet identifier and transfers the sub packet with the transfer start point information via a data transfer channel.
