PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet which is excellent in releasing a pressure- sensitive adhesive layer from the surface of a release agent layer and in printability in printing with a releasable printing ink and places little load on the environment; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape prepared by using the same. SOLUTION: The release sheet has a release layer formed from a release agent containing a curable polydimethylsiloxane and a print layer formed from a releasable radiation-curable ink containing a releasable radiation-curable polydimethylsiloxane. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is prepared by using the release sheet.
