PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing method of microscope objective liquid immersion oil and a measuring set of microscope objective liquid immersion oil, which is used for improving the resolution of objective lens in a microscope and makes refractive index of the microscope objective liquid immersion oil optimum, in response to the temperature of a sample or the thickness of cover glass for the microscope. SOLUTION: When the refractive index setting auxiliary liquid for setting the refractive index of microscope objective liquid immersion oil is mixed to a liquid immersion oil of standard refractive index, the refractive index setting auxiliary liquid is mixed by the amount required for realizing a refractive index, which is determined in response to the temperature of the sample to be observed and/or the thickness of cover glass for microscope. |
