<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a mold for molding a resin mold product having a three-dimensional shape. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional CAD data (product drawing 10D) of the resin molded product to be manufactured is called out and the resin molded product is converted to an aggregate of a plurality of columnar bodies to form the two-dimensional processing data of a mold elements for manufacturing the columnar bodies. The two-dimensional processing data are used to perform the cutting processing (cross-sectional processing) of mold elements 11a, 11b,..., 11m for constituting an upper mold and mold elements 12a, 12b,..., 12n for constituting a lower mold by CAM processing and the mold elements 11a, 11b,..., 11m and 12a, 12b,..., 12n are assembled to manufacture the mold 10 for molding a resin.</p> |
