SOLUTION: A tool mounting shaft 16 rotated and driven by a tool driving shaft 12 is eccentrically mounted on a spindle 11, a tool shaft 21 integrally rotatably connected to the tool driving shaft 12 through an Oldham coupling (including Oldham coupling hubs 14, 22, and an Oldham coupling intermediate member 24) is mounted on the tool mounding shaft 16 in a state of being eccentric by the amount same as the eccentric amount to the spindle 11 of the tool mounting shaft 16, and the tool mounting shaft 16 and the tool driving shaft 12 are transmitted and connected through a gear transmission mechanism (including a driving gear 13 and a driven gear 17) in such manner that the tool mounting shaft 16 is rotated by an angle two times as much as that of the tool shaft 21. |
