PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the minimum value of a measurement result based on a state of an auxiliary earth pole.SOLUTION: In steps S1 to S4, the resistance value of a combined ground resistance Rep, the resistance value of a combined ground resistance Rec, the resistance value of a combined ground resistance Rpc, the resistance value of a ground resistance Rp, and the resistance value of a ground resistance Rc are calculated, respectively. In step 5, when it is determined that a measurement start is instructed, in step S6, an AC voltage V1 is applied between a measured ground body E and a second auxiliary ground pole C, and a current value injected to a second auxiliary ground pole C and a voltage value between the measured ground body E and a first auxiliary ground pole P are measured. In step S7, the resistance value of the ground resistance Re is obtained. In step S8, when both of the resistance value of the ground resistance Rp and the resistance value of the ground resistance Rc are determined to be equal to or not more than a prescribed value, in step S9, the ground value is displayed, and when at least one of the ground resistance values Rp and Rc is not determined to be equal to or not more than the prescribed value, in step 10, the resistance value of the ground resistance Re is displayed by restricting the minimum value. |
