PURPOSE: An integral type thermohydrostat is provided to improve cooling efficiency by lowering temperature of a condenser using supercooled coolant when outdoor temperature is high in the summer. CONSTITUTION: A second line(21) branches between an expansion valve(9) and a first solenoid valve(13) installed on a first line(11) connecting a condenser(7) and an evaporator(3) and is connected with a compressor(5) by a coolant heat exchanger(23). Refrigerant of low temperature flowing in the second line and coolant flowing in a coolant pipe exchange heat in the coolant heat exchanger so that supercooled coolant of low temperature is sprayed on the condenser.
