<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more level production loads by extending the possible time of production in advance more. SOLUTION: A shippable date is divided in one-day unit, and productions (1) to (6) are respectively set in accordance with respective cases of shipping (1) to (6) with shipping for one day as a production cycle. Namely, the productions (1) to (6) are respectively allocated to the respective previous date of corresponding shipping dates (1) to (6). In this case, allocations (1) of this time are respectively 70 with respect to 50 being daily production capacity and surpass the production capacity by 20 in their respective production days, and therefore, acceleration is performed so as to make the allocations (1) of this time to be equal to or less than the production capacity. Namely, 20s surpassing the production capacity are respectively allocated to between the Thursday of an N week and the Wednesday of an (N+1) week in advance with respect to the productions (1) to (6).</p> |
