PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing method in a system information distribution system capable of relieving a network load and managing security to users at other places. SOLUTION: For example, a 'place A' is taken as an example, a client 2A preliminarily performs setting to provide optional clients at other 'places' (places B, C) with reference rights (access privileges) of information to be generated at the present place (place A). Furthermore, the client 2A specifies a client at other places to permit reference of the information (distribution setting) whenever new pieces of information are generated. A server 1A transmits required minimum, pieces of information regarding the newly generated information to all of other places together with the contents of the distribution setting. Only a server (the server 1A in the example of a fig.) having the access privileges and at the place where the client to whom the distribution setting is performed makes business data with large data quantity equivalent.
