PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit for an abrasive member moving device capable of preventing operation of the abrasive member moving device in a state unsuitable for operation. SOLUTION: In an automatic winding device winding processing, the automatic winding device is operated by a relay board 54 and an automatic winding device board 67 based on an instruction from a batch operation panel 60 or a switch panel 55, wherein a fabric belt is moved by a driving force of a stretching motor for moving an unused part of the fabric belt to a position butting against Pachinko balls. In a relay board automatic winding device processing, the instruction from the batch operation panel 60 or the switch panel 55 is cancelled in a state that the automatic winding device is unable to operate. Thus, if the batch operation panel 60 or the switch panel 55 sends the instruction in a state unsuitable for operation of the automatic winding device, the instruction is cancelled by the relay board automatic winding device processing.
