PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus 20 by improving a general type apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus 20 has a well 28a-b for housing a dry battery 75, an opening part 78 for exposing a first connector 74 to the well 28a-b, and a boss 76 adjacent to the opening part 78. This boss 76 prevents an incorrect terminal of the dry battery 75 from engaging with the first connector 74 when inserting the dry battery 75 in the incorrect direction into the well 28a-b. A second connector 80 includes a base part 81, a first leg part 82 elastically connected to the base part, and extending from the base part, a second leg part 84 elastically connected to the first leg part 82, and extending from the first leg part, and a third leg part 86 elastically connected to the second leg part 84, and extending toward the first leg part 82 from the second leg part.
