PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preferable cooling method and apparatus or the like, enabling cooling and dehumidifying of the air at a low equipment cost and a low operation cost. SOLUTION: This cooling method comprises installing a spraying nozzle 12 for cold water in an outside air-introducing cylinder 10 equipped with a blower 14 and spraying cold water not higher than dew point of the outside air into the outside air stream for feeding from the outside air-introducing cylinder 10 into a greenhouse 2 for plants.
