ANISOTROPIC ELECTROCONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic electroconducive adhesive sheet arranging electroconductive particulates in a sheet plane regularly and densely (so as to have <=20μm distance between adjoining electroconductive particulates). SOLUTION: This anisotropic electroconductive sheet comprises a core film 1 situated at the center in the thickness direction, adhesive layers 2 and 3 set at the both side of the core film 1 and spherical electronductive particulates 4. Through holes 10 passing through in the thickness direction are regularly formed in the core film 1 and electroconductive particulates 4 are set in each of the through holes 10 one by one.
