<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the collection of a tax/insurance premium or the like at low cost by transmitting the notice of a payment limit or calling to a delinquent by utilizing electronic mail. SOLUTION: This system has a taxpayer database 12 for holding the items of taxes or premiums in relation with taxpayer information, an object person extracting part 11 for generating object person data by extracting non-paid items or items in arrears from the taxpayer database for each object taxpayer, an object person list 22 for temporarily storing the object person data, a destination database 23 for relatively holding resident names and the electronic mail addresses of residents, and an electronic mail processing part 21 for indexing the destination database 23 on the basis of the taxpayer information of the object person data read out of the object person list 22, generating and transmitting electronic mail to the extracted electronic mail address on the basis of the object person data.</p> |
