PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device having a functional logic circuit able to select a power-saving sleep mode or an active mode in operation. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes one or more internal functional logic circuits each having an active mode and a power-saving sleep mode and providing a 1st output when issuing a sleep mode request and an internal power control logic circuit that generates a power-down signal provided to the outside of the integrated circuit device in response to the sleep mode request generated from the 1st output in order to control supply or stop of power to each internal logic circuit between the active mode and the sleep mode.
