<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring and reporting device capable of automatically reporting the failure of a plant to the accurate contact destination corresponding to each factor. SOLUTION: In this plant monitoring and reporting device 1, when the failure of a plant is detected by a system monitoring S/W 3 for monitoring the state of a plant based on plant data collected by a data collecting S/W 4, the factor of the failure is judged by a factor deciding means 8, and the contact destination corresponding to the factor of the failure of the plant is acquired from a contact destination data base 9 in which the contact destinations corresponding to the respective factors of failures are registered, and the failure of the plant is reported to the contact destination by a transmitting means 7.</p> |
