TAT PEPTIDE-BINDING RETINOL DERIVATIVE AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR INHIBITING SKIN AGING

PURPOSE: A Tat peptide-binding retinol derivative and a cosmetic composition for inhibiting skin aging are provided, thereby permeating the retinol derivative easily and stably into the skin to increase the synthesis of collagen and to inhibit decomposition of elastin. CONSTITUTION: The Tat peptide binding-retinol derivative is represented by formula(1), wherein X is -CH2- or -CO-; Y is -O-, -NH- or a compound of formula(4); p is an integer of 2 to 100; m is an integer of 1 to 12; R is selected from the group consisting of glutamine, lysine, arginine and glycine side chains; and n is an integer of 4 to 12. The Tat peptide-binding retinol derivative is produced by binding the retinol derivative with C-terminal or N-terminal of the Tat peptide in an organic solvent in the presence of a catalyst and a condensing agent, wherein the catalyst is pyridine or triethylamine; the condensing agent is N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide or N,N-carbonyldiimidazole; and the organic solvent is dichloromethane, benzene, toluene, tetrahydrofuran or ether.
