PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sheet strength of a thermally conductive sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet is formed from a thermally conductive composition prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. wax with 10-1,000 pts.wt. compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R<1> and R<2> are each a 1-3C alkyl; and n is 100-100,000), 10-2,000 pts.wt. thermally conductive filler, and 0-1,000 pts.wt. softener. |
