PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely save the time and labor that are needed for the post- treatment after the processing of cut-down trees in forest as avoiding delay of the decay of the cut-down trees and adverse effect on the natural environment. SOLUTION: When the cut-down trees W that have been left on the outer ground E are treated, one or two or more cut-down trees are covered with a sheet S that is made of a biodegradable resin and is set their degradation behavior on the basis of the treatment action of the treatment agent M and the treatment agent M is enclosed inside the covering sheet S for programmed decaying.
