PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for holding a plurality of cuttlefish fishing hooks in a state aligned in a row and easily disengaging the hooks with a single action. SOLUTION: An arm 4 is horizontally extended from a post 1 fixed on a gunwale 3 with a clamp 2, magnet attaching parts 4c are attached to the arm 4 in longitudinal direction at prescribed intervals with connection parts 4d and a magnet 9 is embedded in each attaching part 4c exposing an end of the magnet. When the tackle is hauled up from the sea, an iron part 10a at the tip end of a hook 10 is attracted by each magnet 9 and the hooks 10 are held in a state aligned in a row. In the case of throwing the tackle into the sea, all hooks 10 are separated from the magnets 9 all together simply by throwing a weight 14 tied to the tip end of a fishing line 13.
