PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling apparatus equipped with a liquid medicine spray means, with which a fixed amount of liquid fluid can be surely sprayed even in the case of using a spray pump having low self-priming performances, shortage of chemical fluid, etc., can be certainly detected and situations such as no-load running of spray pump, spray only of clear water, etc., can be securely avoided. SOLUTION: In this tilling apparatus equipped with a liquid medicine spray means, a clear water tank 21, a chemical fluid tank 31, a chemical fluid dilution and supply apparatus for diluting the chemical fluid in the chemical fluid tank 31 with clear water in the clear water tank 21, the spray pump, a water supply path and a spray nozzle 11 are arranged on a tilling part 2. The tilling apparatus is equipped with a control means for stopping the operation of the spray pump, when the flow rate of the flowing chemical fluid is detected to be a fixed amount or smaller than it by a chemical fluid supply state detection means for detecting the flow rate or presence of the chemical fluid flowing in the water supply path.
