PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a satellite-tracking antenna having high accuracy, by calculating and modulating axial deviations between a mobile object fixed coordinate system and a gimbal coordinate system of the antenna with respect to the satellite tracking antenna controller mounted on a mobile object like a flying machine for carrying out communication with a communication satellite. SOLUTION: A deviation amount between an azimuth angel and an elevation angle of a satellite 9 in a mobile object fixed coordinate system calculated by a satellite direction processing unit 19 and an azimuth angel and an elevation angle in a gimbal coordinate system, detected while the antenna is driven to a direction of a peak of a received signal by peak direction drive controller 12, is calculated by an axial deviation processing unit 21, and a modulation command of the axial deviation is generated to an axial deviation amount compensating unit 20.
