PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenite stainless steel having high corrosion resistance, and excellent in bendability.SOLUTION: An austenite stainless steel has on a surface in due order from the surface to an inner layer, three layers comprising an outermost surface layer containing a nitride of Fe and Cr in γ phase, a layer comprising S phase solid-dissolving N as much as 10 mass% or more in the super saturation state, and a concentrated layer of carbon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
