PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material for three-dimensional molding, from which a three-dimensional molded object having a complicated three-dimensional (3D) feature can be manufactured by using a powder material such as metal and a molding solution while reducing the consumed amount of the molding solution.SOLUTION: The powder material for three-dimensional molding contains coated particles comprising base particles coated with a coating film of an organic material and has such a property that when the coating film of the coated particles is dissolved in a solvent and applied on a smooth plane to obtain a coating film, the coating film shows a wet tension of over 32 mN/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None
