PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal porous body excellent in corrosion resistance as compared with a conventional metal porous body comprising a nickel-tin binary alloy and a conventional metal porous body comprising a nickel-chromium binary alloy.SOLUTION: There is provided a metal porous body which contains at least nickel, tin and chromium, wherein the tin contained in the metal porous body has a weight ratio of the metal porous body of 12 wt.% or more and 25 wt.% or less, the chromium contained in the metal porous body has a weight ratio of the metal porous body of 2 wt.% or more and 12 wt.% or less and the metal porous body has a porosity of more than 10% and smaller than 60%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
