PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light, inexpensive and portable hair washer which is one of nursing care apparatus and used by a carer who cares an aged person or a patient. SOLUTION: The hair washer is the one with a water spray system by using an air pump so that hair washing water is handled with man power (the movement of hands and legs, or the like), and then the air pump is made lightweight without requiring electric power.
