PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derivative of analogue of glucagon-like peptide 1(GLP-1).SOLUTION: There is provided a derivative of GLP-1 analogue, in which the analogue contains a first K residue at a position corresponding to position 18 of GLP-1(7-37), a second K residue at another position, and change of up to 12 amino acids compared to GLP-1(7-37), the derivative contains two extended portions severally adhered to the first and second K residue via a linker, the extended portions are selected from Chem.2:HOOC-CH-O-(CH)-CO-and Chem.1:HOOC-(CH)-CO-, and the linker is a derivative containing Chem.3:-NH-(CH)-CH[(CH)-NH]-CO-, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, amide, or ester thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
