PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent steam ejected during cooking from congelating to dew and being deposited as water in a flange-like tray part formed along the outside face of an inner pot while cooking by using a cooking iron pot for business. SOLUTION: This cooking iron pot for business 1 consists of an inner pot 5 and an outer pot 6 and formed in an inclinable manner with a horizontally arranged spindle 3 as the center of rotation. A hollow part formed between the inner pot 5 and the outer pot 6 is used as a heating chamber to cook food in the inner pot 5 by being heated by the heating chamber. Along the outside face of the inner pot 5 of a portion projecting upward from the upper end face of the outer pot 6, the flange-like tray part projectingly provided with a sluice plate 9 is fixed to a periphery part. In addition, a discharging pipe 12 is provided along the outside face of the outer pot 6, and the upper end of the pipe 12 is made to face the tray part 10. In a spilling-prevention device for the cooking iron pot for business 1 like this, the tray part 10 is formed obliquely respectively in front/rear and lower directions with the portion of the spindle 3 as a vertex, a discharging hale 11 is formed at a lower end part formed obliquely, and the upper end part of the pipe 12 is joined to the hole 11.
