PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning packaging bag capable of easily packing and opening whole body of a packed object.SOLUTION: A cushioning packaging bag of the invention comprises: an air introduction part formed of an air supply passage; an air sealing part formed of plural zone air sealing bags being continuous to the air supply passage; and plural check valves capable of introducing air into the zone air sealing bags from the air supply passage. The air sealing part includes an end part opposite to the air supply passage that is continuous to the air supply passage, and the air sealing part is folded at three folds A formed so as to cross the zone air sealing bags from one side edge toward the other side edge, thereby being formed into a rectangular cross section.
