PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise regeneration capacity of a regenerator and enhance output without causing a compressor to bear a burden in an absorption heat pump wherein refrigerant vapor from the regenerator is sucked and compressed by a compressor and then is condensed by a condenser in the regenerator. SOLUTION: A second evaporator 32 is connected with the regenerator 31 of the absorption heat pump 10 through a regeneration vapor passage 34. Water (refrigerant) heated by a heat source 33 is stored in the evaporator 32. The evaporator 32 is connected with the suction end of the compressor 36 via a suction passage 35. An internal condenser 37 is connected with the discharge end of the compressor 36. The condenser 37 is housed in the regenerator 31.
