PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser microscope which can simultaneously detect a plurality of light beams obtained from a sample. SOLUTION: The laser microscope is provided with a dichroic mirror 5 which composites laser beams 3 and 4 emitted from laser beam sources 1 and 2 to cause 1-photon stimulat phenomenon and 2-photon stimulat phenomenon respectively, a galvano-mirror 8 to carry out the scanning of a composited beam 6 two-dimensionally, an objective lens 13 which condenses the beam 6 on a sample 14 and on which a light beam from the sample 14 is made incident, a first wavelength separating mirror 7 which is arranged on the optical axis between the dichroic mirror 5 and the galvano-mirror 8 and separates the beam 6 and fluorescence 15 caused by the beam 3 from the sample 14, and a second wavelength separating mirror 11 which is arranged on the optical axis between the objective lens 13 and the first wavelength separation mirror 7 and separates the fluorescence 15 caused by the beam 3 from the sample 14 and the beam 6, and fluorescence 16 based on a nonlinearity phenomenon caused by the beam 4 from the sample 14.
